Channel and Video Quality feedback in My Work

We propose reusing the existing HHDM feedback layout for Channel and Video Quality tasks (RWQ internally). Contributors will see their rating or answer alongside the correct rating or answer, including the category follow-up questions.

Keep the existing layout

Use the same feedback cards, video link, item feedback and acknowledgement button. Show each category follow-up in another card directly below the main category question, using the task template’s wording.

Keep scoring to the two main questions

Only the overall rating and main category question count toward accuracy. Follow-up cards are marked “Not scored” and show both the contributor’s answer and the correct answer.
